Tuesday on 2 hours.

After working an overnight 12 hr shift, I never thought today would work out as nicely as it did.

Boy do I love that I was wrong.

Since my husband has been super kind enough, to help my 90+ year old grandfather paint his house.. my job for the morning was to let daddy sleep in a bit, get him over there to paint, and to stay awake and have fun with this little booboo of ours.

I figured I'd be exhausted by now, and fast asleep well before 11:30 pm.

After dropping Jason off, Jordan and I ventured to Starkey Park, to meet with playgroup, where Jordan explored the textures of the playground, and the cool breeze on the swings.. next to his little buddy's Lennon and Alex.

(not too shabby for being awake for 18 hours at this point)..
Jordan went back and forth from wanting to try to climb up and hold onto the bars... to not being so sure and looking at me for reassurance. :)

Our evening continued with;

• 2$ taco night at Zim Zari's.. (can't beat that)..

where we were joined by Janine, Lennon, and Ouma!

where Jordan (for the first time ever).. SAT IN A HIGH CHAIR THE WHOLE MEAL.. and was SUCH a good little boy, we were so proud. :-D <--- big grin..

• successfully purchasing birthday gifts for 1/2 Grammy's with Bdays this month..
• Oh how I love Pier One Imports.... (where I stare and wish I could afford it all, lol)
• Making, and taking a chicken dinner over to Jordan's GREAT grandparents...
• Cleaning & re-organizing our desk area.. (way over-due) it is SO awesome to have that done!
• Choosing the veggie dishes that we will be taking to Thanksgiving dinner!
