Life with my one year old.

A morning full of energy, and a sky full of sunshine, meant we were going OUT.
My little guy is trying to run now, and I can hardly keep up with how quickly he is changing, and growing up.
Just one month ago, he had no idea what sidewalk chalk was about.
Today, he grabbed right a hold of it, and started striking the ground as if he knew exactly what masterpiece he wanted to create.

We took a walk around the little pond, and found our self a nice stretch of concrete where we could make ourselves at home and get messy.
The sound of the fountain was relaxing.
And the warmth of the sun was energizing.

I need a pedicure.
Don't judge me.

(this one was taken right before we were about to head out. Love his lil flop flops, a nice birthday gift!)..

And I'm pretty sure he only did this to test me.. because if I pretended like I didn't see him eating the chalk, he simply took it out of his mouth.
Stinker.

I swear the sky was an extra shade of bright today.

We played peek a boo around the picnic tables..

more to come.........
