Delish.

So, in our efforts to eat better, I have officially made the cookbooks my mother got me, my new best friend.

After sifting through many pages, trying to find recipes that my picky husband might like, I successfully completed my first week, of all, home cooked meals. Yes, I'm proud of myself.

2 recipes in particular came out awesome.

Crock pot, bbq pulled pork, and pineapple ham casserole.

So I must share at least one recipe.

PINEAPPLE HAM CASSEROLE

2 cups, uncooked wide egg noodles

2 tablespoons of butter, divided

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed

3/4 cup milk

2 cups fully cooked ham

2 cans (8 ounces each) crushed pineapple, drained

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp salt

Dash of pepper

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Cook noodles & drain. In a large skillet, stir in cream cheese, milk, and 1 tbsp butter, stir until cheese is melted. Add the noodles, ham, pineapple, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir.

Transfer into an ungreased, 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Melt remining butter; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350, for 30-35 minutes.

I'm a cream cheese lover, which made me really love this dish.

Not to mention, my favorite- IT'S EASY!!

:)

enjoy!!!
