I actually took out my camera to do some before and after shots of my bathroom...

but it always seems like this happens :)

I sincerely think, he wanted to punch me in the grill :)

lol.. STOP WITH THE PICTURES, ALREADY, MOM!

So, out of boredom, and trying to keep my mind occupied with Jason away, I decided to give my bathroom a facelift :)
on a budget of less than $150...
SO..
here it is. I will admit, I was NOT HAPPY at first with the wall color, but now that it's together, I am starting to enjoy it :)

What's the best way to save money when re-decorating??
MAKE your OWN wall art ... so I did.
This one below, happened on accident. (haha)..
But really.. I finished it, but it was SO saturated with paint..
let me start over.
First, I layered this canvas with paint colors, of my choice. Then, I ran it under the faucet, with the water running very softly, and let it wash away some of the paint. Which gave it a really neat effect. But.. the canvas was pretty wet. So.. I decided to dab it, with a paper towel. The paint ended up taking the print from the paper towel, and I think it looks really neat! haha :)
Sometimes mistakes are wonderful!
